After the phenomenally successful Wolf’s Child in 2015, Norfolk & Norwich Festival returns to Felbrigg Hall for Walk With Me. Wander through woods and fields creating your own cinematic experience. An intriguing musical narrative by Strijbos & Van Rijswijk in collaboration with British novelist Megan Bradbury recollects the past of Felbrigg Hall and reframes the estate as a place of stories and wonder.

All landscapes have a voice. Felbrigg and the North Norfolk coastline have many. The landscape speaks for itself in the voices of the characters in this piece. Some are commanding and authoritative like the straight lines of the region’s agricultural land, some are soft and unsettled like its eroding cliffs.

You are about to walk through the landscape listening to a musical narrative that will unfold according to the route you choose for yourself, through woodland and open space, beside water, through a garden, but also through history, through music, through stories, and through voices speaking directly to you.
